Orders and Shipping
Delivery Time = 1-3 working days Processing time + Shipping time. You will receive your order in 11-24 working days from the date that it is placed.
If you place an order and it has not been dispatched yet, you can write to [email protected] indicating the delivery information and we will adjust your order. Please note that this request must come from the email that is registered in our system.
If the order has already been dispatched, we will do our best to redirect it to the new address, however we cannot guarantee that the address will be changed. Additionally, additional charges may be generated due to additional redirection of the package.
If you use credit cards as payment method to pay your orders, your payments will be processed directly by Paypal in a pop-up window controlled by Paypal. Adorbs Cart does not have access to your card information, or to the access key to your Paypal account, therefore we do not save or copy information about your payment methods.
We ship all our products worldwide.
Probably. Most orders will ship at the same time, and in one package depending on the number of items you ordered and the stock availability.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping costs.
If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item and of course, we’ll pay the shipping costs.
If you are receiving a refund you can expect it within 3 – 7 business days
How embarrassing. That almost never happens and we’ll ship out the correct product immediately. Contact us and we’ll ship you the correct products and get you a shipping label to return the products we shipped in error.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are only able to cancel your order if it has not been processed at our warehouse – within 24h. In case your order is already forwarded to the carrier, unfortunately, we can’t cancel it, so it is important to contact us ASAP.
